Founded in 1996, Herald of Omsk University is a peer-reviewed journal for speedy publication of articles in the areas of mathematics, physics, chemistry and philosophy. Heraldprimarily publishes research papers, but comprehensive and timely survey articles on a topic inside the scope of the journal are also welcome. Herald has four issues per yearand is published on the last business day of March, June, September, and December. The journal is distributed by subscription. Its index in the combined catalogue “Press of Russia” is 53087. Full-text’s electronic versions of published issues, beginning since 1996, are acceptable on the journal’s page. Herald is includedin to Scientific electronic libraries Elibrary.ru indexing in RINC and “Cyberleninka”, and to Global Serials directory “ULRICHSWEB”.
Papers are published in Russian, and should be added in annotation and key words in English. Papers, especially by foreign authors, can be published in English. In the latter case a paper has to be added by annotation and key words in Russian.
