The participation of Dostoevsky Omsk State University in the Erasmus+ Programme gave me the excellent opportunity to present my lectures in at Ondokuz Mayis University (Samsun, Turkey). I gave lectures on the topic “Transformation of state sovereignty under processes” to the students and teachers of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration. Students as well as teachers showed increased interest toward the information of the lectures and methodology of the analysis of sovereignty. The key feature of the lectures was the high professional level of the course participants that was demonstrated in the numerous interesting questions asked in the friendly atmosphere. The staff of the university provided me with a well-equipped lecture hall that made it easier for me to present my lectures. Moreover, the staff of the International Relations Office organized some excursions for me and my colleagues at Samsun city, got me acquainted with the culture of Turkey and helped me a lot during the trip. The visit to Ondokuz Mayis University allowed me to share my research experience with students and colleagues, to improve professional cooperation and to find new interesting topics to study. The partnership between our universities has a great potential and I hope I will able to see again warm and hospitable teachers, administrative staff and students of Ondokuz Mayis University.
